i-Pulz 3
The i-Pulz 3 is a small, slim, and portable digital TENS device that can be worn discreetly under clothing. User-friendly buttons and software make the device easy to operate.
A nerve stimulator delivers electrical pulses through the skin to the nerves via electrodes placed on the body. This overrides the pain signals, reducing the number of signals sent to the brain. It also stimulates the body to produce pain-relieving endorphins.
The 15 preset programs of the i-Pulz 3 are well-known TENS therapies designed to help with most acute and chronic pain. With 3 customizable programs, the user and prescriber can create a program tailored to specific pain management needs.
TENS therapy as a treatment for chronic pain is fully reimbursed. To qualify for reimbursement, the TENS device must be prescribed by a physician or pain specialist recognized by the health insurer.

In some cases, the body may become accustomed to long-term daily use of nerve stimulation. This accustomization can result in lower production of endorphins.
