Warranty<\/h4>\n

Van Lent Systems B.V. grants the manufacturer’s warranties as issued by the various manufacturers. We do not offer a warranty on batteries or their service life. You can call the Customer Service department if you have any questions about the warranty for a specific product. Their number is 0412 640690.<\/p>\n

Distance Selling Act<\/h4>\n

The Distance Selling Act entered into force on 1 February 2001. This Act improves your legal position when you, as a consumer, make purchases on the Internet.\u00a0The most important provision of the Act lays down the regulation that entitles you, the customer, to a cooling-off period of 14 working days after the delivery of the product. This means that you are able to cancel your purchase during this period (without giving reasons).\u00a0You are then only required to pay the costs of the return of the purchase. We will then refund the purchase price you paid within 30 days.
